Анотація
Метою статті є: дослідити теоретичний аспект організаційно-правових засад формування об’єднаних територіальних громад в Україні, оцінити актуальний стан малого аграрного бізнесу та простежити його взаємозв’язок з діяльністю об’єднаних територіальних громад з метою економічного розвитку регіону. У статті розглянуто теоретичний аспект організаційно-правових засад формування об’єднаних територіальних громад в Україні, оцінено актуальний стан малого аграрного бізнесу та розкрито його основні взаємозв’язки із діяльністю об’єднаних територіальних громад з метою економічного розвитку регіону. У ході дослідження було визначено, що в Україні заходи державної влади є основним гальмом розвитку агропромислового підприємництва в ОТГ, тому що створює вкрай несприятливий клімат для розвитку малого та середнього підприємництва або взагалі забороняє його. Вже багато років поспіль суттєвою проблемою розвитку аграрно спрямованих ОТГ залишаються джерела формування бюджету, якими загалом виступають місцеві податки. Обмеження доходів агропідприємств й населення полягає у низькій ефективності підприємств сільського господарства, основною причиною якої є низька заробітна плату селян. Причиною такої проблеми в сільськогосподарській галузі є низька продуктивність праці, яка формує додану вартість агропродукції
