Анотація
Актуальність теми дослідження полягає у вивченні методологічних основ оцінки людського капіталу. Мета: порівняльний аналіз основоположних методологічних підходів вартісної оцінки людського капіталу. Результати роботи: вивчення методології оцінки розвитку і функціонування людського капіталу представляється особливо важливим в сучасних умовах. Пріоритети глобальної економіки свідчить про обмежувальний вплив ресурсних переваг, визначаючи домінуючу роль інноваційно-технологічних факторів, що включають також рівень накопиченого людського капіталу. Враховуючи невисоку ресурсоємність економік, що розвиваються, аналіз методологічних підходів оцінки функціонування і розвитку людського капіталу видається особливо актуальним. Висновки: вивчено основні методологічні підходи вартісної оцінки людського капіталу. Розглянуто еволюцію їх розвитку в контексті різних економічних вчень. Представлені формалізовані алгоритми визначення величини людського капіталу в розрізі витратного і прибуткового принципів оцінки. Виявлено переваги та недоліки вивчених методик та визначено можливості їх синергетичного використання.
