This policy regulates the acceptable and unacceptable forms of using generative artificial intelligence (AI) systems by authors, reviewers, and editors in the preparation, evaluation, and processing of scholarly materials. Its purpose is to ensure academic integrity, compliance with current Ukrainian legislation, and adherence to international standards of scholarly publishing.
USE OF AI BY AUTHORS
Generative AI tools may be used by authors solely as supplementary instruments and must not replace the researcher’s intellectual contribution or generate independent scientific content.

Any use of AI must be disclosed in the main text or in the appropriate sections of the article. The author bears full responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, and validity of all submitted statements.
USE OF AI BY REVIEWERS AND EDITORS
Reviewers may use AI only for ancillary technical tasks that do not involve analysis of the manuscript’s content (for example, language editing of their own review text). The use of AI to generate a review or any part of it is strictly prohibited.
Editors may request clarification or additional information from authors if there is reasonable suspicion of undeclared AI use.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTENT CREATED OR MODIFIED BY AI
If AI is used to create or edit text, images, tables, or any other elements, the author must:
